“To Rosario and Family, Words cannot express how heavy my heart feels at the loss of my good brother Jose . Rosario I will never forget you and what a beautiful and loving couple you were to me and I’m sure to all who know you. The heavens have received a great soldier for the Lord. My children and I spoke of Jose’s kindness. In working with him in law enforcement he was the ultimate professional and had very high standards in training me. I was blessed to have known him.
