It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph E. DiFrancesco (New Haven, Connecticut), who passed away on May 27, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joseph leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his parents, Emilio DiFrancesco and Adair Balsamo; his sisters, Donna DiFrancesco, Gina Forsa, Lisa DiFrancesco, Susan Dercole (Edward) and Karyn DiFrancesco; and his pet Nina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and a great nephew.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc. (11 Wooster Pl, New Haven, CT 06511). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Michael McGivney Parish (1 State St, New Haven, CT 06511).
