He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Haskell and Jodi Levine; his son-in-law Jeff Haskell; his grandchildren, Michael Haskell (Nicolette), Courtney Crescimanno (Joseph), Kristina Quintanilla (Jason) and Carl Murgo; his nephew Jason Cutler; and his friends, Frank Puglisi and Paula Yocher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Joseph's name may be made to Hartford HealthCare at Home Hospice, the American Red Cross, or the American Cancer Society.
