He is survived by: his children, Lamar Spruill (Holly), Nicole Spruill and Corey Spruill (Tiphanie); his grandchildren, Sydnee, Van, Jordan and Cortez Spruill; his siblings, Paula Jeffers (Warner), Sharon Gambrell (Marshall), Avon Johnson and Ricardo Spruill; and his former wife Monica Spruill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
