She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Neill and Rose O'Neill (Conefrey); her siblings, Marcella McArdle (Joe), Jake O'Neill (Corrine), James O'Neill (Mary Lou), Raymond O'Neill and Peggy McHugh (Jimmy); and also Martha O'Neill.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Bouvier (David) of Wallingford and Sean Laverty (Kathleen) of New Haven; her grandchildren, Jack Bouvier, Bobby Bouvier, Nina Laverty, Shelagh Laverty and Gia Laverty; her siblings, Hugh O'Neill of New Haven, Robert O'Neill (Bernice) of New Haven, Sister Sheila O'Neill and Hamden; and her sister-in-law Barbara O'Neill of Texas. She is also survived by many nieces/nephews.
