Mercado, Jonathan Gutierrez, Katelyn Gutierrez, Michael Aponte, Bianca Aponte, Jacqueline Aponte, Matthew Aponte and Briana Colon; and his siblings, Anthony Ortiz of Bridgeport, Luis Ortiz of New Haven, Aida Ortiz Aponte of Sabana Grande, P. R, Julia Ortiz and Gloria Reveron Ortiz of Bridgeport.
