He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bruce and Lucille Bruce (Smith); his former wife Kathleen Bruce (Rosa); and his siblings, Katherine Burke, Ramona Bruce, Phyllis Bruce, Ronald Bruce and John Bruce.
He is survived by: his child Chris Bruce; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Riccio, Josh Bruce, Shaun Bruce, Ivy Bruce and Skylor Bruce. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
