It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth V. Tate-Henderson (New Haven, Connecticut), who passed away on July 16, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Tate and Mary Marie Jackson; and her husband Larry Henderson, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Rodney Henderson of New Haven, CT and Mignone Henderson of New Haven, CT; and her siblings, Alvin Tate of Hampton, VA, Calvin Tate of New Haven, CT, Lafara Walker of North Carolina, June Cross of New Haven, CT and Olivia Robinson of Maryland.
