Dixon; his former wife Jeannette Mero (Sam, Jr.); his grandsons, Elijah Dixon Owens and Sampson Dixon Owens of New York City; his wife Winifred; his son Sam, Jr.; his son-in-law Christopher R. Owens of New York City; and his former wife Jeanette Thomas (Mero).
