She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Howell and Ruth Howell; her children, Amethus Jacqueline Taylor and Willie James McMillan; and her siblings, Ernest T Howell, Robert Howell, Walter Jackson Howell, Delores K. Faircloth and Rosezina Howell-Whichard.
She is survived by: her husband Elijah McMillan; her son-in-law Venson Taylor Sr.; her grandchildren, Tehisha McCoy, Venita Freeman (Ronnie), Venson Taylor Jr., Jeffrey Taylor and Jackie Taylor; and her siblings, Abert Howell, Eddie Howell, Faith Banks and Mary Alice Redd. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; six great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christian Tabernacle Baptist Church (425 Newhall St, Hamden, CT 06517). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
