Susan leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Susan’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Susan will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph L. Stankewich; her son Jeffrey Allen Kempert; and her parents, Byron Sumrall and Mary Louise Sumrall (Heston). She is survived by: her sister Carol Lorentz; her nephew Byron Lorentz (Kristen); her friends, Julie and Idie; Inga and Georgia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
