It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theona Anastasion (New Haven, Connecticut), who passed away on September 28, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Ambrose and Anetta Ambrose (Vasiliu); her husband Paul Anastasion; and her brother Damian Ambrose. She is survived by: her brother-in-law George Anastasion (Nita Andreas); her pets, Polly and Puddy; her children, Corie Opperman (Anastasion) and Paul Savas Anastasion; her grandchildren, Derek Opperman, Shana Bathe and Alisa Hunt; her great grandchildren, Julian Hunt and Sienna Bathe; and her caregivers, Theona and Opal Stork.
