He was predeceased by: his parents, Angel Robles and Concepcion Santiago Robles; and his siblings, Miguel Santiago, George Ortiz and Pilar Colon.
He is survived by: his sisters, Carmen Escobar of Puerto Rico and Luz Lugo of New Haven.
