He is survived by: his parents, Covell Todd Jr. and Mary Todd; his children, Shardell Todd, Jade Streater and Marlon Myers; his grandson Kwess Rivers; his siblings, Chantel Todd (Toles) and Dornell Todd; his nephew Jahshua Toles; and his godmother Mary McClam.

“It’s so sad to hear of Wendells passing. He was a friend, coworker and fellow union member at Yale New Haven Hospital. We shared stories and lots of laughs on and off the job. A joy to be around. A skilled craftsmen, who on occasion would help do some carpentry projects at my house. A young man who has left us much too soon. My sincere condolences to his son, entire family and close friends.
