He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Hall, Sr. and Bessie Speight; and his brothers, Louis and George Shamble. He is survived by: his sister Annie Catherine "Aunt Sister"; and his children, Annette Harris (Kelvin), Pamela Donegan, LaTonya Lamay, Terra Leak (Sean), Speight, John Allen, Jordan Brown, Anthony Leggette and NasZier Torrence Robinson. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren.
