He is survived by: his sons, Ken (Amy) and David (Amy); his stepson Andrew (Nancy); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alison, Charlie, Henry, Norah, Aidan and Asher; his brother Jack (Ellen); and his pet Monty.
