He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward P. Neilan and Charlotte Barrett Neilan; his sons, Jeffrey B. Neilan and Jimi P. Egan; and his siblings, Charlotte, Christine, Mike and John.
He is survived by: his daughter Sarah-Jane Morgan (Roger Benoit); his grandchildren, Alexandra-Lin Neilan-Walters (Ronnie Floyd), Bryan Edward Neilan (Alysha), Carlie-Jane Morgan and Jeffrey T. Neilan; his daughter-in-law Nathaly Tovar Coronado; his great grandchildren, Alayna, Aria, Rosie Floyd and Marshall Neilan; his sisters, Martha Rogers (Tom) and Beth Neilan; his siblings-in-law, Joe Rosetti, Karen Neilan, Carol Neilan, Joanne Gerber and Lewis Bull (Jeannie); and his family, Ed and Eddie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
