It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anna E. Chapin of New Milford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 7, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Edith Zumpf (Olson) and Arthur A. Zumpf; her children, Curt Chapin (Joanne) of New Milford, CT, Carol Smith (Phil) of Warren, CT, Cliff Chapin of Nome, Connie Chapin of New Milford, CT and Clark Chapin (Pat Murphy) of Ellington, CT; her grandchildren, Amanda Chapin-Deehan, Nate Chapin, Logan Pearl Dege, Laine Cadorette, Max Chapin, Noah Chapin, Asa Chapin, Ryan Chapin and Michael Chapin; and her sisters, Doris Walberg and Marion Sheldon. She was also cherished by thirteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and a nephew.
Services will be private, but friends are welcome to donate to a charity of their choice in memory of Anna.
