She is survived by: her husband Edward Hetzel; her daughters, Robin Hetzel (James Burns), Michelle Hetzel (David Failing) and Rachel Hetzel; her mother Kikue Bourke; her siblings, Charmaine Schaefer (Richard), Debra Goyer (Gary), Erick Bourke and Bryan Bourke; and her pets, Cosmo, Luna, Patrick and Oakley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Griffin Pond Animal Shelter in South Abington, PA or another animal rescue in Carol's memory.
