Kulbarsh of New Milford, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, David J. Clark and Joan Clark; and her brother David B. Clark. She is survived by : her daughter Lindsey Kulbarsh; and her sister Dale Wagner (Bill Wagner). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
