He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, Joe (Liza), Rachel (Doug) and Jason (Liz); his grandchildren, Katie, Zach, Beth, Spencer, Rob, Lorelei, Hank and Ted; his great grandchildren, Meredith and Karly; and his sisters, Susan Rood, Nancy and Debbie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Washington Ambulance Association and the Salem Covenant Church.
