It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances C. Hebert (New Milford, Connecticut), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Frank Conti and Marie Conti (Santoro); her spouse Jean Hebert; her sister Carolyn Vacchio of Fresh Meadows, NY; her sons, Jacques (Cindy) of Natick, MA, Christopher (Jo-Ann) of Duxbury, MA and Frank of Mexico City; and her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Andrew, Erick, Jacie, Anne (Julian) and Susan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the New Milford Public Library or to Canterbury School.
