She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Poquette and Lillian Poquette. She is survived by: her husband Louie Richards; and her sisters, Teresa and Evelyn of Northern Vermont. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of a service, the family has requested that to honor their mother, family and friends donate gently used clothing to their local thrift shops, as this was one of Irma's favorite places to find amazing and unique outfits.
