She was predeceased by : her husband Donald J. Hassiak; her parents, Thomas DeLay and Margaret DeLay (Bych); her son Donald J. Hassiak II; and her brother Richard DeLay.
She is survived by : her son Peter Hassiak; her daughters-in-law, Kim Hassiak and Terri Hassiak; her grandchildren, Alexis Miller (David), Ashley, Matthew, Luke and DJ Hassiak; her great grandchildren, Alairia and Thorsten; her sister Kathy Gaffney (Fred); her brother-in-law Loren; and her nephews, Harold and Robert.
