It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Jay Gallagher of New Milford, Connecticut, who passed away on September 3, 2025, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Michael departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael leaves behind.
He is survived by: his parents, Kimberly Godbout and Jeffrey Gallagher; his siblings, Jessica Morehouse (Frank), Lauren Kaucher (Kyle) and Kathaleen Gallagher; his nieces and nephews, Cameron, Keith Eannarino, Launa and Charlotte Morehouse; and his grandmother Evelyn Godbout. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
