He is survived by: his parents, Nicholas D'Amato and Rose D'Amato (Fernandes); his wife Carol D'Amato (Quigley); his sons, Christopher (Jennifer), Gregg (Nancy) and Scott; his grandchildren, Ryan, Caty, Nicholas, Chloe and Rose; and his friends, Carol Amato (Arciola), Tony Viceroy, Tom Impellitieri and Rocco Barbierio.
