Anna left this world on November 19, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph D. Clayton; her parents, Oscar Soderquist and Esther Soderquist; her daughter Janet Clayton; and her sister Sylvia Herberts.

She is survived by: her children, David Clayton (Bridget) of Ormond Beach, FL, Susan Alessi (Steven) of Berlin and Ann Walsh (Jay) of Newington; her grandchildren, Chris Walsh (Amanda), Brittany Lalime (Kevin), Adrianna Solek (Chris), Andrew Alessi, Elizabeth Alessi-Fazzino (Mike), Celine Harris (Chris) and Deanna Clayton; and her great grandchildren, Nash, Lainey, Cameron, Rory, Charlie and Cyrus.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Lutheran Church, 77 Franklin Square, New Britain, CT 06051.

“To Anna’s Family- I am so deeply saddened that I did not have the opportunity to say my goodbye’s to Anna. I loved working with her in my therapeutic role at Jefferson House and she always looked forward to our sessions. Unfortunately the last few times I went to see her she was sleeping but I will always have her in my heart. It was a pleasure getting to known her family.
