With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara C. Ouellette of Newington, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 24, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Roger B. Ouellette; her mother Mary E Caesar; and her brother Peter P. Caesar, III. She is survived by : her aunt Bobbie; her niece Karen Forsman of Newington; and her nephews, Peter Caesar of Newington, Gregg Caesar of Rocky Hill, Mark Caesar of Newington and Brian Caesar of East Hartford.
