He was predeceased by: Deborah Jean Fitzgerald. He is survived by: his wife Martha Lamb Sevitch; his son Brian Kujawski of East Hampton; his grandchildren, Alecia Vecchitto of Wallingford and Joshua Fitzgerald of Waterbury; and his great grandchild Keira Vecchitto of Wallingford.
