He is survived by: his son Jason Olmstead of Vermont; his stepchildren, Michael Osgood of Connecticut and Robin Lee Osgood of New Hampshire; his grandchildren, Chace Olmstead, Jack Olmstead, Charleigh Olmstead, Michael Osgood and Alexandra Osgood; and his great grandchild Mia.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Duksa Family Funeral Homes at Newington Memorial (20 Bonair Ave, Newington, CT 06111). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
