He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edwin Lowe Sr. and Lois Ruth Hartman Lowe; and his siblings, Peter Warburton Lowe and Judith Lowe Plourde. He is survived by: his children, Peter Lowe (Julie) and Deborah Gilles (David); his grandchildren, Valerie, Benjamin, Samuel, Brian, Christopher and Adam; his great grandchild Adriano; his sister Susan Lowe Redfield; his nieces, Pamela, Jennifer, Susanna and Elizabeth; and his nephew Daniel.
Donations in Charlie's memory may be made to the Newington Rotary Scholarship Fund, which he helped to found.
