He was predeceased by : his parents, Demetrios Kotiadis and Katholiki Kotiadis (Carnavas); his daughter Irene; and his brother Giorgios. He is survived by : his wife Mary Kotiadis (Klementon); his son Demetri; and his grandson Christos.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Cathedral (433 Fairfield Ave, Hartford, CT 06114). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (453 Fairfield Ave, Hartford, CT 06114).
