She is survived by: her husband Ed; her children, Todd Perkoski (Melinda), Robert Perkoski (Christina), Chad Perkoski (Erin Zelazny), Ryan Perkoski and Ashley Mercier (Brandon); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Lillyan, Cameron, Chase, Asha and Madison. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
