It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah A. Erling O'Hara of Newington, Connecticut, who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Erling and Eleonora Erling (Selnau); her siblings, Cheryl Erling, Jan Erling and Barbara Erling; and her brother-in-law Stanley Gladysz.
She is survived by: her husband George O'Hara; her niece Sarah Williams; her great-nephew Logan Williams of Bristol; and her siblings-in-law, John O'Hara, Jr. and Doretta Gladysz of Manchester. She is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Newington Memorial (20 Bonair Ave, Newington, CT 06111). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Christ (1075 Main St, Newington, CT 06111). A committal service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the West Meadow Cemetery Chapel (679 Willard Ave, Newington, CT 06111).
