With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dolores Cohen (Newington, Connecticut), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 11, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Dolores may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vincent and Beatrice Condinella (Wilson); and her husband Bernie Cohen. She is survived by: her son Edward Petrozzi; and her sisters, Jane Barry and Pat Doiron.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newington Memorial (20 Bonair Ave, Newington, CT 06111).
