He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Frate and Carlotta Frate (Torto); and his brother Remo Frate. He is survived by: his wife Maria Frate (Petitto); his children, Mark Frate (Stephanie) of Rocky Hill, Lydia Jensen of New York, NY and John Frate of Newington; and his granddaughters, Felicity and Farrah Frate.
