He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick D. Sullivan and Frances Sullivan (Callahan); his siblings, Patricia Keegan and Frank "Nick" Sullivan; and his nephew Eddie Sullivan.
He is survived by: his sister Annamae Davis of South Windsor; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Courey (Krystiana), Thomas, Kathi, Peter, Mary, Eileen, Gene, Susan, Kelly, Dan, John, Christine, Jim and Sharon; and his caregiver Amanda.
