Janice Lojko Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Lojko of Newington, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 27, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raphael Tedesco and Louis Schinelli; her husband Stanley Lojko; her daughter Beth Donovan; and her brothers, Douglas Schinelli, Billy Schinelli, David Schinelli and Jim Sutherland.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Lojko (Maria) of Wethersfield and Doug Lojko (Deb) of Kensington; her son-in-law Jim Donovan of Glastonbury; her grandchildren, Erika Zdru (Jared), Alex Lojko (Laura), Daniel Lojko (Alyssa), Alyssa Caro (Christian), Nick Lojko (Brooke) and Riley Donovan; and her great grandchildren, Ivy and Luca Stanley Caro.

Known for her kindness, compassion, and generosity, Janice always made others feel welcome and never hesitated to help those in need especially by donating to countless charities.
