João P. Grilo Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Grilo and Teresa Barbosa (Prata); and his brothers, Fernando and Luís. He is survived by: his wife Olga Grilo (Medeiros); his daughter Susana Grilo Merced (Victor); his grandchildren, Joel Merced, Briy, Aneesa Merced and Makayla; and his siblings, Armando, Paulo, Maria (Rosario), Idalina and Manuela. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Newington Memorial (20 Bonair Ave, Newington, CT 06111). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (50 Kane St, Hartford, CT 06106).
