He was predeceased by: his parents, William (Kathleen Keegan) and Newington; and his siblings, William Keegan, Jr. and Kathleen Lester. He is survived by: his wife Louise Keegan (Ciccone); his daughters, Kelly Keegan (Lucilo Torres) of Bristol and Stacy Keegan (David Sadler); his grandchildren, Amber S. Reed (Josh Antrum), Zachary Reed, Xavier Torres, Mya Torres, Rachel Torres and Jordan Torres; his great grandchild Carson Antrum; and his sisters, MaryAnn Carey and Ann Manikas (Richard) of Windsor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
