She is survived by: her children, Sharon Bialy Smith (Kevin Smith), Lori (Earl Hayes), Michael (Brenda Bialy), Thomas (Carmen Bialy) and Patrick (Kelly Bialy); her grandchildren, Aili (John Medeiros), Megan (Christopher Kelly), Mara Smith, Shana Peruti (Derrick Demanche), Mallory Peruti (Jose Ortiz), Matthew (Shannon Bialy), Kassandra (Tim Widlak), Samantha Bialy, Leiann Bialy (Jorge Gonzalez-Flores), Ryan Bialy (Alicia Robbins) and Kaitlyn Bialy (Alex Johnson); and her great grandchildren, John-Stanley, George, Fin, Kobe, Alaiza, Cullen, Carver, Kendrick, Bryce and Laine.
