He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Piquette and Gertrude Regimbald Piquette; and his brothers, Robert Piquette and Dennis Piquette. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Barry Piquette; his children, Colleen Piquette (Paul Hawxhurst) and Bryan Piquette (Laura Albani); his grandchildren, Quinn Hawxhurst and Domenica Piquette; and his siblings, John Piquette (Mayra) and Joanne Saunders. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and Montreal cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Duksa Family Funeral Homes at Newington Memorial (20 Bonair Ave, Newington, CT 06111). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Annunciation Parish- St. Mary's (626 Willard Ave, Newington, CT 06111).
