He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Blumenthal and Marcia Blumenthal (Budkofsky); and his brother Mark Blumenthal. He is survived by : his wife Kimberly Blumenthal (Pagani); his son Anthony Blumenthal; his brothers, Eric Blumenthal (Olga) and Steven Blumenthal; and his sister-in-law Laurie Blumenthal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
