He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Santos and Rosa Santos of Bristol, Connecticut.. He is survived by: his wife Maria Lucinda Santos; his son Jason Santos (Jennifer) of Rockville Centre; his grandchildren, Ella, Jake and Ryan; his son Jeffrey Santos (Amber) of Jersey City; his grandchildren, Townes and Willa; his brother Carlos Santos; his sister-in-law Grace of Bristol; and his brother Paul Santos (Imelda) of Sarasota. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Victor's memory to Our Lady of Fatima Church, 50 Kane St., Hartford, CT 06106.
