He is survived by: his significant other Melissa Waterbury; his daughter Rylie Waterbury; his stepmother Kristen Amo Wotton; his brothers, Zachary Batayte (Victoria) and Matthew Batayte; his grandmothers, Joan "Nana" Brophy and Helen Batayte; his aunts, Lee Anne (Wayne Tanguay), Alisa Brophy and Rosemary Murphy; his cousins, Brian Murphy and Carolyn; his brother Michael Lemay (Ashley); his nieces and nephews, Michael III, Aubrey, Raelynn and William IV; his children, Lincoln, Owen, Joseph Pizzolongo and Hayley Lemay; his granddaughter Serena; and his friends, Tatjana Case and Rachel Cousano.
