She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tighe and Catherine Tighe (McDonnell); her husband Joseph Sullivan; and her siblings, Mary Gaughan and Michael Tighe.
She is survived by: her sons, Joe Sullivan (Denise) of Newtown and Michael Sullivan (Kelly) of Fairfield, Connecticut.; and her grandchildren, Owen, John, Katelyn, Charlie, Kerry and JP.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Honan Funeral Home (58 Main St, Newtown, CT 06470). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (46 Church Hill Rd, Newtown, CT 06470).
