He is survived by: his children, Dennis LaPak (Maureen), Maura Zancan (Dominic), Kathleen Jennings (Richard), Sean LaPak (Carlos) and Tara Nicholson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
