In the vast expanse of eternity, may Marie find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Sturdevant (Dick); her parents, Harold Schuler and Marie Schuler (Stahley); and her siblings, Martin Stahley and Elizabeth O'Konsky.

She is survived by: her children, Leslie Ackerman of Tewksbury, NJ and Michael Sturdevant (Amy) of New Fairfield, CT.; her brother William Stahley; and her sister-in-law Gay Stahley (Martin). She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.
