He was predeceased by : his parents, Pasquale Luca and Marie De Luca Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Donna Alberghini De Luca; his children, Amanda Delaney, Christian De Luca (Victoria), Matthew De Luca (Jessica) and Andrew De Luca; his siblings, Pasquale De Luca Jr. (Charise), Daniel De Luca, Anna Marie Alonza (Brian) and Christina Lillie (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Liliana De Luca and Dominic De Luca. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Catherine Violet Hubbard Animal Sanctuary: "a place where all creatures will know they are safe and people are kind".
