It is with sadness that the passing of Paula Devine of Newtown, Connecticut is shared. Paula, born on June 4, 1948, passed away on July 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilding Carlson and Elsie Carlson; her spouse James'Jim'Devine; and her siblings, Carol Hass and Bernard'Bud'Carlson.

She is survived by: her children, Kristin Galletta (Hugo) of Newtown, CT, Alissa Burchfield of Port Orange, FL and David Burchfield, Jr. of Colchester, CT; the father of her children Bill Burchfield of Waterford, CT; her grandchildren, Gabi and Philip Galletta; her children, Alena, Michael, Zander Burns, Brooke, Cadence Burchfield, Hannah, Zachary and Emma Devine; Michael Devine (Stephanie) and James Devine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
